Here's what describes our Founding Director Mr. Rupesh Duggal.


He, along with Mr. Jalota, floated the company CIES in 1999 on their return from Australia after finishing their higher education. Right from its inception, Mr. Duggal directed his constant effort towards the expansion of CIES, taking it from one office in 1999 to eleven offices today, and still counting.


He's the Northern Region Executive Member of AAERI and also commands a respect among his peers and juniors which is un-paralleled.

Mr. Vikas Jalota

Teaming up with his long standing friend and partner to start CIES in 1999, Mr. Vikas dedication and meticulous style of working has ensured that the ever expanding business is always dynamism in the business but also streamlined the organizational procedures in a way which makes the working of the company smooth and goal oriented. That's the kind of an Engineer Mr. Jalota is.


He has been the driving force to support the expansion embarked upon by Mr. Rupesh. If Mr. Duggal is the Rudder, then we can certainly say that Mr. Jalota is the Motor of CIES.

Mr. Sundeep Duggal

Executive Lieutenant


Mr. Sundeep is a disciplinarian to the core who has ensured that during the ascent of CIES, he stands right along with the Founding Directors, providing the solid stability and accurate execution to the smooth working of the company.


Mr. Sundeep is also a politically active figure and is the Punjab State President of All India Anti-Corruption Association amd National Senior VP of Anti-Terrorist Bureau.

Mr. Munish Duggal

Reclusive Researcher


Mr. Munish provides all the back end support for the functioning and expansion plans of CIES. He has stood by the company over the years giving new ideas and the processes to shape them.


Mr. Munish could well be described as the impeccable genius of CIES.
